Korean Garden customer-service messaging

Our SMS program is for customers who choose to receive service messages about their orders, inquiries, and requested restaurant assistance. It is not a promotional subscription. This is a planned program and is not currently active. SMS service remains subject to Crexendo and carrier registration approval; submitting consent does not mean texting is active.

Optional consent

Before SMS begins, Korean Garden will request separate affirmative consent that identifies the program and explains opt-out and help options. Our website currently has no SMS signup form. Consent is not a condition of purchase or any employment or employee-account process. Providing a phone number by itself does not authorize SMS messages. Consent applies only to the person and number supplied and to this program.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your orders and inquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier about your plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop and help

Reply STOP to end texts. We may send a single confirmation of your opt-out, then stop messaging. You can also contact us to withdraw consent using any reasonable method. Reply HELP for assistance or contact (417) 742-4222 or info@koreangardenllc.com. If you change or give up your telephone number, tell us so we can update our records.

Privacy

Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing. Providers may process information only to support this program. Read our Privacy Policy.

Scope

This program does not provide lending, age-restricted promotions, or affiliate marketing. Texts may contain our restaurant website or policy links and our help contact number. Please call for urgent issues and do not include payment details or sensitive information in texts.
